Find NREL-developed data sets, maps, models, and tools used for the analysis of energy and energy efficiency technologies.
National Service Center for Environmental Publications (NCSEP)
Searchable database of EPA scientific, technical, and educational publications
U.S. Energy Information Administration
Publishes a wide variety of statistical reports on state, national, and international energy issues.
Scientific Publications Office (NOAA)
Digital archive of all publications produced in their core publication series, as well as some discontinued series and special publications.

Portal providing access to various resources, reports, and data regarding climate topics

Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority
State group responsible for planning and implementing Louisiana coast protection and restoration efforts
LA Department of Agriculture and Forestry
Responsible for programs and regulations impacting agriculture and forestry
LA Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
State department responsible for monitoring environmental quality in areas such as air, land,and water.
LA Department of Natural Resources
Responsible for use and sustainability of natural resources and covers energy, conservation, oil & gas, and related topics
LA Department of Wildlife and Fisheries
Responsible for managing and conserving fish, wildlife, and their habitats
LA Office of State Climatology
Offers climate information such as precipitation, temperature, and wind speed. Note that not all cities have a monitoring station, so data may need to be collected from the nearest to a desired location
LA Public Service Commission
Responsible for regulating public utilities and common carriers
