State Public Document Depository Libraries

This guide provides citations for state laws that establish and govern state public document depository library systems.  These are networks of libraries at which state publications are made available for public use.  Most, but not all, states have such a program in place.  This guide also provides links to the state law sources referenced in the citations.

For more information about state public document depository library programs, see Tapping State Government Information Sources, published by Greenwood Press in November 2003. Greenwood Publishing Group (now part of ABC-CLIO) – http://www.abc-clio.com/
