Students and teachers in the Dual Enrollment program may use the library's electronic resources from off campus.
Students all should have been given W numbers (the university ID number).
Checking out Books: To check out books, dual enrollment students must complete a form, available here, and return the signed form to the library Circulation Department with a photo ID. They will be given a paper borrower's card which will enable them to check out books.
Using the Library Databases: Dual enrollment students should be able to log into the library databases. When prompted for a Username and Library PIN (as shown in the image below):
Username: Wnumber, e.g, W0123456
Library PIN: 6-digit birthdate (mmddyy), e.g. 050699 for May 6, 2000
Students who are unable to login should contact the Library so that the problem can be correct. Please plan to provide your W number, birth date, name, contact information (email and phone number) and the nature of the problem (error message or difficulty).
