Web of Science

This database allows you to find if important, scholarly articles have been written by an individual and published in prestigious journals.

Begin at the Web of Science search screen. Type in last name and first initial and select Author in the drop-down menu. In the green box at left, select the correct name. Then select the correct discipline. (This separates the several different people with similar names.) You can select a particular article, click on the title and find the author’s address or academic affiliation in the record of the article.
