To access indexes, databases, and electronic reserves from off campus, you will be required to enter your W number and Date of Birth. You will need to provide your birthdate in 6-digit MMDDYY format; for example, May 24, 2003 should be entered in the Date of Birth box as 052403. An example of the login screen is given below.
